Vice President Joe Biden spoke about the confirmation process of Supreme
Court nominees. He called for the confirmation of U.S. Court of Appeals
of D.C. Chief Judge Merrick Garland, President Obama’s replacement for
the late Supreme Court Justice Scalia. The vice president argued the
case for a full Supreme Court and explained his comments he made on the
nomination process back in 1992 while serving on the Senate Judiciary
Committee.
