Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump spoke at a campaign rally
in Green Bay, Wisconsin. In his speech, he endorsed several Republican
candidates up for 2016 reelection, including House Speaker Paul Ryan
(WI) and Senators John McCain (AZ) and Kelly Ayotte (NH).
