Thirty-three U.S. service members, including one who is pregnant, have contracted the Zika virus overseas, the Pentagon says.
In addition, six dependents of military personnel have been infected, a Pentagon source told NBC News.
Officials would not say where the service
members were posted, but one defense official said all had recently
traveled to areas where Zika is prevalent.
