Venezuela’s economic growth showed negative figures
last year (-3.1%), which among other factors, has forced many nationals
to travel abroad to neighboring countries in search of a better quality of life.
Peru has created a new procedure that makes the migration process easier for Venezuelans citizens. Three months ago, Migraciones implemented the Temporary Permit of Permanency (PTP); a measurement that gives the opportunity to the 5000 Venezuelans to regularize their migratory situation in Peru.
