The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals reviewed the decision of Hawaii U.S.
District Court Judge Derrick Watson regarding the enforcement of
President Trump’s travel ban. Judge Watson issued a preliminary
injunction and stay blocking President Trump’s enforcement of his
revised travel ban involving six Muslim countries. Judge Watson was the
first judge to block President Trump’s updated ban.
