Senator James Sanders Jr. (D-Rochdale
Village, Far Rockaway) is inviting business owners, budding entrepreneurs and
those who would like to explore economic development opportunities to join him
for a “Women in Business” symposium in recognition of Women’s History Month.
The event will celebrate women making a
difference in their communities, serve as an outlet to encourage women to start
their own businesses, and allow attendees to meet and network with successful
women and make valuable connections.
Business leaders will also provide resources
and mentorship to small business owners and assist with financial management,
marketing/advertising and employee management.
