Happening in Harlem: The Pembroke Taparelli Arts & Film Festival

From November 8-10, the Pembroke Taparelli Arts & Film Festival will focus on health and environmental injustice. Its goal is to bring awareness to the inequities within healthcare and the impacts of food deserts, airborne pollutants, and climate change on minority, poor and marginalized communities through the use of narrative and documentary film-making, music, and other visual arts.

Additionally, the festival will engage youth (12-18) and young adults (19-25) to be the change that they seek through film screenings of youth-oriented social justice films and a music event affiliated with the PTAFF "Wellness Tour".
