Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy talked about his retirement from the court and several other topics at the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference
in Anaheim, California. He announced his retirement from the bench back
in June 2018. While he didn’t elaborate too much on his plans, he did
say an issue he’d like to focus on is prison reform.
