ABC's Meghan McCain on Thursday questioned the decision of Sean Spicer
to conduct a book signing event in New York City, saying that
"Republicans are not welcome here right now," including herself as
someone who would "probably get kicked out of the bookstore" if she
tried a similar event.
Spicer would need to be "fine being heckled" to do an event in the deep-blue city, she said on ABC's "The View."
“I
think there’s a lot of anti-Trump sentiment and people will get heckled
here," the co-host said of New York City. "If you’re fine being
heckled, great. It makes me uncomfortable.”
