New York State's "Enough is
Enough" law requires all colleges and universities to collect data on
all sexual assault, stalking, domestic and dating violence complaints
made by students to their Title IX offices.
This data is reported to the state, and published by the state department of Higher Education at intervals throughout the year.
The latest report, published in August, shows data for the first five months of 2018, during which 1,762 complaints were made at 233 schools in New York. Below, you can find the schools where the greatest number of sexual assaults and other Title IX offenses were reported during that time period. Other data includes the number of incidents per 1,000 students, number of incidents that occurred on campus, and number of incidents reported to police.
