No Real Oversight in NYS, Warns the Elderly Will Continue to Be Abused or Die
Jack Halpern, who’s made two previous appearances on the show, is the CEO of the New York City-based "My Elder Advocate, LLC", an organization that provides advocacy services and helps seniors with issues such as eviction prevention, nursing home or assisted living placement and long term care planning.
Mr. Halpern, a 40-year veteran of the industry, joins The G-Man Interviews to explain why Managed Long-Term Care, also known as MLTCs, and home health care agencies in New York State have no real oversight, He will also explain why he believes thousands of seniors will continue to be abused or die as a result.
