Donald Trump will outline his plan to fight ISIS
in a national security speech Monday, arguing the terror group has
"spread dramatically" under the watch of both President Barack Obama and
Hillary Clinton.
A senior Trump adviser previewing the speech
said the GOP presidential nominee will warn of "the reality we're headed
for if we don't change our policies." Trump is expected to announce he'll formally
declare an end to nation-building and regime change overseas.
"We will
no longer seek to remake the Middle East" into one democracy after
another at the point of a gun, said the adviser.
