Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump spoke about foreign policy
at Youngstown State University. In his comments Mr. Trump said he wants
to work with NATO to combat terrorism, a change from previous comments
in which he called NATO "obsolete and as president would consider
pulling the U.S. out of the alliance. He also said he would create a
commission to combat radical Islam, and among the commission’s duties
would be to identify warning signs of radicalization in the U.S. Former
New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and vice presidential nominee Governor
Mike Pence (IN) also made remarks.
