The death toll linked to General Motor's defective ignition switches has reached 100. The revised figure was released Monday by Kenneth Feinberg, the man in charge of GM's compensation fund.
Feinberg
has said each validated claim would begin at $1 million and increase
based on the circumstances of the crash. But one of the families to
receive an offer says the payment isn't enough punishment for the
automaker's long cover-up of their loved one's death.
