Nigerian soldiers have shot and killed at least 30 people in the northern city of Maiduguri, most of them thought to be civilians. They also set fire to homes and shops. Troops opened fire after a bomb attack killed two officers in their convoy. Al Jazeera's Yvonne Ndege reports from Abuja.
