China Accidents: Mine Safety Under the Spotlight

Health and safety is in the spotlight in China's southern Hunan province. Three separate incidents there - two in a mine and one in a railway tunnel - have led to several deaths and large scale rescue operations. Al Jazeera's Bhanu Bhatnagar reports
