Kristen Saloomey and Rula Amin report from the United Nations and Beirut on the
newest allegations of a massacre in the village of al-Qubayr, and what it might
mean for Kofi Annan's six-point peace plan. UN observers trying to access the
site where at least 80 people were reportedly killed have been blocked by the
Syrian army and come under small arms fire, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon
said.
