Nixon's the One--At the Top of the Democratic Primary Ballot

The following is an expanded version of the second item from my “Albany Insider” column from Monday’s print editions:

ALBANY — Actress Cythnia Nixon has beaten Gov. Cuomo—for the much-desired first spot on the Sept. 13 Democratic primary ballot.

Nixon’s name will come before Cuomo’s based on a random draw done by the state Board of Elections last week.
