Delta Offering Nearly $10,000 to Passengers Bumped from Flights

New rules from Delta Air Lines allow gate agents to offer passengers up to $2,000 for giving up their seats. Supervisors for the company can offer passengers nearly $10,000 to give up their spot on an overbooked flight.
