President Obama awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom to 21
recipients, including basketball player Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Blackfeet
tribal community leader Elouise Cobell, comedian Ellen DeGeneres, and
actors Robert De Niro and Tom Hanks.
