Hermine: Here’s What to Expect from the Storm as it Moves North


Hermine, which made landfall in Florida as a hurricane, is expected to move inland until it shifts to run parallel along the East Coast. TODAY’s Al Roker says storm surge could be as high as nine feet off the coast of Florida, while there’s risk of tornadoes from northern Florida to the Carolinas.
