Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) spoke to the Texas delegation of the Republican National Committee the morning after he announced at the party’s convention his decision not to endorse the Republican Party presidential nominee Donald Trump. He also said he would note for presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton in November.
