3 Charged with Bombing of NYS Corrections Officer; Attack Not Related to Job

ORISKANY, NY - Three people have been arrested in connection with a May 29 explosion that critically injured a Marcy corrections officer, law enforcement officials announced today.

The three were arrested Tuesday, police announced today. Charged were: Cindy L. Shields, 58, of Conneaut, Ohio, Keith Seppi, 58, of Conneaut, Ohio, and Donna J. Seppi, 63, of Conneaut, Ohio.
