U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on North Korean Nuclear Test

 

Speaking to reporters following a Security Council meeting in New York, U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon condemns North Korea’s announcement that it has successfully completed a hydrogen bomb test.
