The number of people seeking unemployment benefits in the US has risen as the number of applications increased by 8,000 last week. But the four week average of unemployment applications, a less volatile measure, fell to 365,000, the lowest since March. As Al Jazeera reports, finding a job in the US can depend on where you live.
