First Lady Michelle Obama delivers the keynote address to a U.S.-sponsored Young African Women Leaders Forum from Regina Mundi Church in Soweto, Johannesburg. Forum participants include young women from across sub-Saharan Africa who are leading or involved in social and economic initiatives in their own countries. On Board: First Day with The First Lady in South Africa

After arriving in South Africa, First Lady Michelle Obama spent her first day in Johannesburg where she dropped by the Mandella Foundation, visited an under-served community center to donate books, toured the Apartheid Musuem. Also, In an anticipation of the Young African Women's Leaders Forum, the First Lady held an inspirational gathering with the 76 participants.
