Global News: Russian President Vladimir Putin took a swipe at America's "destructive" politics of "exceptionalism" and during his annual speech to parliament in Moscow on Wednesday.
Russia will respond to any deployment of intermediate-range nuclear
weapons in Europe by targeting not only the countries where those
missiles are stationed but the United States itself, Vladimir Putin also
said in his speech.
