C-SPAN: House Speaker Nancy Pelosi warns President Trump that he will have
problems with Republican lawmakers if he goes ahead and declares a
national emergency as a way to build a wall on the border with Mexico.
"I think the president will have problems onhis own side of the aisle
for exploiting the situation in a way that enhances his power," the
speaker says. She would not say how Democrats would respond if the
president goes that route.
