House Debates Counterterrorism Bill

In response to the recent mass shooting in Orlando, Florida, the House debates a counterterrorism bill under suspension of the rules. The measure combines three previously-passed bills into one for consideration in the Senate and seeks to strengthen cooperation between the Department of Homeland Security and local law enforcement.
