NAN Radio Broadcast, Rally and Prayer Vigil Will Honor Slain NYPD Officer

On October 24 at 9:30 a.m., the National Action Network (NAN) will dedicate its radio broadcast and subsequent rally to slain New York City police officer Randolph Holder.

The broadcast will be conducted from NAN headquarters in Harlem, 106 West 145th Street, and streamed live at www.nationalactionnetwork.net. It will also be broadcast on WLIB 1190 AM.

After the broadcast and rally, a prayer vigil will be held at 11:30 a.m. in front of the New Police Service Area #5, located at 221 E. 123rd Street (between 2nd Ave and 3rd Ave).

According to NAN officials, the Rev. Al Sharpton and the organization are taking action to show solidarity with the fallen officer and make it clear that the fight for justice includes supporting the family and friends of officers murdered in the line of duty.
