The former Barclays bank chief has been criticised by British parliamentarians for giving "highly selective" evidence during a hearing into the Libor rate fixing scandal. Public trust in the banking industry in the UK is at an all-time low following the manipulation of a key lending rate, according to a parliamentarian committee report.
