Queens, NY – To meet more of his constituents without a scheduled appointment and to hear about the issues that concern them, NYS Senator Joseph Addabbo, Jr., will hold office hours on Thursday evenings at three Queens Libraries around his district in October.
Come in to talk to Senator Addabbo between 5:30 PM – 7 PM at the following locations on:
Thursday, October 6 @Queens Library at Ridgewood, 20-12 Madison Street; 718-821-4770;
Thursday, October 13 @Queens Library at Maspeth, 69-70 Grand Avenue; 718-639-5228;
Thursday, October 20 @Queens Library at Middle Village, 72-31 Metropolitan Avenue, 718-326-1390.
“Many of my constituents might be unable to visit my district offices Monday through Friday. The time I am spending at mobile office hours on Thursday evenings around the district gives them an opportunity to see me in their own communities without making an appointment, so I may personally address their concerns," said Addabbo.
"I will also be speaking about how important library funding is from the city and the state in restoring programs and services to local libraries and how I’m also working to restore funding for vital services, like senior centers, after a few in my district had shortfalls causing closings.”
For more details, call Addabbo’s district offices in Howard Beach at 718-738-1111 or in Middle Village at 718-497-1630. Visit the senator online at: http://addabbo.nysenate.gov.
