South Carolina State Senate Debate on the Confederate Flag

The South Carolina State Senate convened to debate removing the Confederate battle flag from the Capitol grounds. South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley has called for the removal of the flag following the deadly Charleston church shooting in June 2015.
