Supreme Court Streams Oral Arguments for First Time Ever with Trademark Dispute


CBS News: The Supreme Court will make history May 4 as it conducts oral arguments remotely by telephone conference and makes the live audio available to the media for the first time. Kicking off the historic two weeks is U.S. Patent and Trademark Office v. Booking.com, a bid by the online reservation company to trademark the name after the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office refused registration because the term "booking" is generic.
