Health Minister Sends Stern Warning on Non-Compliance of Public Health Advice


Global News: Health minister Patty Hajdu made it very clear to all Canadians that they need to take the self-isolation and social distancing recommendations very seriously and the government will take stronger measures if people don't comply.

According to the Public Health Agency of Canada and provincial governments, there are over 1,300 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Canada, with the majority reported in Ontario and B.C.

In Canada, 19 people have died from COVID-19 to date.
