Today, Vice President Mike Pence announced Gregory Jacob will serve as Counsel in the Office of the Vice President.
Jacob has previously served in several positions in the federal government, including at the White House, Department of Justice, and Department of Labor.
Most recently, he served as Solicitor of Labor, the third-ranking official in the Department of Labor, from December 2007 to January 2009.
He is partner at O’Melveny & Myers LLP.
