The Office of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo: This week, Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul led a delegation from New York to Puerto Rico, including bilingual mental health professionals and State building inspectors, to visit and provide support and assistance earthquake affected areas in the towns of Peñuelas, Guayanilla and Yauco. The deployments follow a series of initial damage assessments conducted by Governor Cuomo and his delegation during their visit to Puerto Rico in January.
