Global News: Queen Elizabeth II formally reopened the UK Parliament by delivering a speech from the throne in the House of Lords, outlining the new government's legislative agenda heading into 2020. This will be the second Queen's Speech the monarch has delivered in 10 weeks.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson unveiled what he called a radical
government agenda on Thursday, setting his sights on a quick Brexit,
