On October 9, the First Lady will meet with both representatives and
teenagers from the Truth Initiative – a nonprofit organization whose
mission is to eliminate tobacco use among our youth.
Mrs. Trump will hear from the students about their personal experiences living with e-cigarettes and youth vaping within their communities and schools.
Secretary Azar of Health and Human Services and Senior Counselor Kellyanne Conway will join Mrs. Trump for the listening session.
“I will continue using BE BEST to drive important changes that better protect and support our children,” said First Lady Melania Trump. “I am looking forward to hearing from teenagers tomorrow on this very important issue.”
