11 Companies Receive NYS Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Certification


Office of General Services Commissioner RoAnn Destito today announced that the following 11 businesses were recently certified by the Office of General Services’ (OGS) Division of Service-Disabled Veterans’ Business Development (DSDVBD):

Kehler Dam Logistics, LLC, located in Rome, NY, provides logistical consulting and other services. 

JVP Logistics, located in Erie, PA, specializes in shipping and freight logistics. 

Seneca Industrial Services, Inc., located in Barker, NY, is a construction and project management and consulting services company. 

Jack of All Trades, located in Unadilla, NY, is a general construction and estimations company. 

Frago Media, LLC, located in New York City, specializes in photography and videography. 

Connectinc Global Management, LLC, Located in Long Island City, NY, provides IT solutions and IT training services. 

Floors at Your Door and More, Inc., located in Jamestown, NY, sells commercial and residential flooring. 

Global Blue DVBE, Inc., located in McClellan, CA, provides computer system design services. 

Cotra, LLC, located in New Rochelle, NY, is a business consulting services company. 

Skyline Concepts, LLC, located in New York City, creates branded apparel, printing, and marketing materials. 

The Clowdis Firm, P.C., of New York City, is a law firm specializing in medical malpractice, healthcare law, business law, intellectual property, and veterans’ benefits law.

The Division was created by Governor Andrew Cuomo in May 2014 with enactment of the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Act. There are 726 certified businesses.

The Act promotes and encourages participation of SDVOBs in NYS public procurements of public works, commodities, services and technology to foster and advance economic development in the State.
