Global News: Environment Minister Catherine McKenna announced on Aug. 27 that the government will be providing Canadians who purchase energy-efficient appliances rebates, and will be called the Energy Savings Rebate Program.
Retailers across the country participating in the rebate initiative
include Rona, Lowe's, Canadian Tire, Best Buy Canada, Tepperman's and
other retailers.
