Global News: Members of the Canadian military surveyed flood relief operations on Monday in west Ottawa, where sandbags are being filled but some walls of protection have already been broken.
Ottawa has been inundated with flood waters as levels continue to rise,
with some homes flooded as a result and waters are expected to peak on
Wednesday.
The city declared a state of emergency last week and said voluntary
evacuations were likely.
