Brother of PBA Boss Pat Lynch Fined for Conflict of Interest While Serving on Harlem Community Board

John Lynch, who heads a committee overseeing liquor license applications, sent a letter on Community Board 10 letterhead on behalf of a restaurant he was representing as an attorney.
