C-SPAN: During a meeting with his Cabinet, President Trump expresses unhappiness
with a tentative deal on border security reached by a bipartisan group
of congressional. "I can't say I'm happy. I can't say I'm thrilled. But
the wall is getting built," the president says. The deal provides $1.37
billion for barriers on the U.S.-Mexico border and cuts the number of
beds ICE would use for detaining those who cross the border illegally.
