Charter Spectrum and Local 3 Agree to Try and Resolve Dispute

Statement from Governor Andrew Cuomo

"Charter Spectrum has agreed to a negotiation and mediation with Local 3 to resolve their disputes. As a matter of good faith I have asked Local 3 to stop the picket line for 72 hours, at which point we can assess the progress. Local 3 has agreed to the 72-hour hiatus and I appreciate their cooperation."
