The Black Political Empowerment Project (BPEP) sent another letter to Allegheny County District Attorney Stephen Zappala.
In the letter, the
organization asked Zappala to ask the judge to revoke bond for Officer
Michael Rosfeld, the East Pittsburgh police officer accused in the
shooting death of Antwon Rose.
