2nd Nor'easter Could Dump Close to a Foot of Snow on NYC

Another complex winter storm system threatens to dump nearly a foot of snow on the city and more on surrounding areas to the north and west as much of the region is still recovering from last week's debilitating nor'easter.

Storm Team 4 said a storm will hit the area Wednesday, and it could dump up to 10 inches of snow on New York City and a foot on suburbs to the north and west. Locally higher amounts are possible. The impending storm has already promoted winter storm warnings across much of the tri-state, and Storm Team 4 cautions snow could fall at a rate of up to 2 inches an hour with this storm.
