New York Independence Party Backs Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand’s Reelection Bid

ALBANY — The state Independence Party is backing U.S. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand’s reelection, the Daily News has learned.

The third party previously endorsed Gillibrand in 2010 when she ran to fill out the unexpired Senate term of Hillary Clinton, and again in 2012 when she successfully sought a full six-year term.
