Police are asking people in 12 Upstate counties including Cayuga
County to be on the look out for a 21-year-old missing woman, according
to a state alert.
Authorities issued the alert at 4:13 p.m. for Starrlita Smith, a
developmentally disabled woman who may be in need of medical attention,
according to the New York State Missing Person's Clearinghouse.
She's described as 120 pounds, 5-feet, 5-inches with brown hair and brown eyes.
