Excerpt taken from what became MLK's last sermon, commonly know as "The Drum Major Instinct" sermon. Delivered to his congregation Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia on February 4, 1968. His sermon's end-note is the dictation of his own eulogy and instructions for the tone and nature of his funeral processions.
